Privacy Policy

EzBozz (“EzBozz”, “we”, “us”) is a reputation-management service operated by Overnatural LLC and offered under the EzBozz brand at app.ezbozz.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using EzBozz you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign up we and our authentication provider (Clerk) process your name, email address, and organization details.
• Google Business Profile data. If you connect a Google Business Profile, and only with your explicit OAuth consent, we access the reviews, replies, and business information for the location(s) you choose to connect.
• Content you provide. Brand-voice settings, reply rules, and other configuration you enter.
• Billing information. Subscription and order data. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data. Logs and analytics needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

• To provide the service: sync and display your reviews, draft AI reply suggestions for your approval, generate review-insight reports, and send you alerts about new reviews.
• To process payments and manage your subscription and NFC orders.
• To secure, maintain, and improve the service.

Google user data

EzBozz’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Business Profile data is accessed only to provide the user-facing features described above (reading and replying to your reviews, insights, and alerts). We do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except the sub-processors below strictly to operate the service. You can disconnect a profile at any time, which stops further access.

Service providers (sub-processors)

• Clerk — authentication and organization management.
• Anthropic — AI processing to draft reply suggestions and reports. Review text is sent for processing and is not used to train models.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email (alerts).
• Railway — hosting and database.
• Google — Business Profile APIs, per your connection.

Data retention & security

We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service or comply with law. Tenant data is isolated at the database level (row-level security). You may request deletion of your account and associated data.

Your choices

You can disconnect a Google Business Profile, cancel your subscription, and request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us. Disconnecting revokes our future access to that profile.
