These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of EzBozz (the “Service”), a reputation-management platform operated by Overnatural LLC under the EzBozz brand. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The service

EzBozz helps local businesses manage their Google Business Profile reviews: syncing reviews, drafting AI reply suggestions for your approval, generating insight reports and presence audits, sending alerts, and selling NFC review tags. Features available depend on your subscription plan.

Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You may connect a Google Business Profile only if you are authorized to manage it. You authorize EzBozz to access and act on that profile on your behalf (for example, to read reviews and, at your direction, publish replies) until you disconnect it.

Subscriptions & billing

New accounts include a 14-day free trial of the Basic plan. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. Your plan determines how many locations you may manage. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled; NFC store purchases are one-time payments. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

AI-generated content

Reply suggestions and reports are generated by AI and provided as drafts. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it to your Google Business Profile and for ensuring it complies with Google’s policies. EzBozz does not guarantee outcomes such as ratings or rankings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including generating deceptive or policy-violating review content, attempting to access other tenants’ data, or violating Google’s terms or applicable law.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Overnatural LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
