Is AI Visibility included, or is it extra?
Every plan includes it, and the first measurement of each location your plan covers is free — you see where you stand before paying anything. Keeping locations measured every week is one $19/month add-on for the account ($49 on Pro); it covers every location your plan allows, and a switch on each location decides which ones get measured. During the trial you get one location, measured with Gemini; Claude and ChatGPT come in once you are on a plan.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day trial is free and needs no card. You only pay when you pick a plan.
Which assistants do you measure, and how?
ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, each through its official API with live web search. That is a consistent, repeatable proxy for how they answer local questions — not a screenshot of the consumer app, and the wording can differ from what you see on your phone. Nobody controls what an assistant replies; the value is the comparison and the trend.
Does it connect to my real Google reviews?
Yes. EzBozz uses the official Google Business Profile API to import reviews and post replies back to Google.
Can it actually remove bad reviews?
Google decides all removals — no tool can force one. EzBozz flags reviews that likely break Google's policies and drafts the report for you, so you contest the ones worth contesting.
